I am computer challenged (basically email, writing papers and an online course) I have had  2 PC's including a Dell.  The Mac has not let me down in over two years.  Never a problem and if I have a question I have either called the store or apple care and my issue was resolved quickly.  The only con has been that initially the Mac is more expensive.</p>...
