GospelGal says "Just love my Propet Sandals!" about Propet - Island Walker Sandals

For over a year now, I haven't been able to wear a decent pair of of shoes on my feet. When I did manage to get somthing on, they wouldn't stay on. I have alymphedema in both my legs which requires me to wear compression garments on my legs to control the swelling and/or reduce the amount of swelling in my legs. To compensate for this, I tried wearing flip-flops (my mom's old pair) or socks. The flip flops hurt my toes, and would fall off as soon as I started getting in the car, then the socks did very little to protect my feet from small rocks or debri on the ground. I got a pair of orthopedic shoes from the therapist who treated me in the hospital earlier this year, he have me shoes that looked like they would work. They had velcro on the top, but the back was to high and it would slip of. So long story short, I went without shoes. I happened to remember a pair of shoes that I wore a few years back that I absolutely loved because they could be washed and worn just like canves......

GospelGal says "Greatest kind of pet to have!" about Pet Rabbit

I've owned rabbits for 11-12 years now. I've raised mine from bunnies to adults. The oldest one we had was Gracie. I still miss her. She lived to be almost 5 yrs old. We now have 2, Pearl (3 years old) and Sophe (10 months old). depending on the breed, some are easier to handle, carefor and raise then others. We are currently raising Rex breed but Sophe is mixed with Flemish Giant/Rex. She's turning out to be much larger than Pearl who's all Rex. They can eat a lot unless you put them on a feeding schedule, can be trained to use a littre box with cat litter (non clumping kind)-mine like to eat cat litter, don't know why. They do prefer to eat a lot of hay/alfalpha but becareful if you have allergies. Most people can handle rabbits when they have allergies to cats/dogs but check this out before buying one. Rabbits don't useually see vets unless they get ill/sick not usual if they've been taken care of properly. Vet insurance is available now for small pets including rabbits.......

GospelGal says "Money waster, don't bother to buy" about Verizon - Verizon cordless telephone

don't even bother to look twice at this phone. I never knew that Verizon made phones like ATT once did for cord and cordless phones. Since Verizon is my local/long distance carrier I thought their phone would work wonderful with what we had. OMG, was i wrong. This phone would not recognize the base unit when we tried to register it together, it would pick up every sound near by even other callers. You could actually hear the clicking when someone else was dialing a phone! Brand new phone wouldn't hold a charge for more than a day or about 10 hours then die completely-no warning beeps or anything. There were other things we didn't like about this phone, but my mind is going blank at the moment.

I found it on Pricegrabber.com/J and R music on the east coast. It shipped late, but they did honor my return even though it was over the 30 day limit.
...

GospelGal says "Great but could be better" about Philips - Digital cordless phone CD440

This was the 3rd phone I purchased to replace an aging V-tech phone. I'm pretty ok with this philips. Its slim design is easy to hold, or wear with clip holder. It has ear piece compatible also or speaker phone. The price was very good from eBay store, no shipping costs. Phone could use more ring tones, currently only about 7-8, very old tunes. One good feature, it has groupings and one can group people and give that group one ring tone. So anyone from that group when calling has same ring tone. Good for family or work etc. Color is black which is ok. Is light weight and small smiliar to cell phone. Contrast needs more work, makes it hard to see words on the backlight even when contrast is adjusted. It is somewhat hard to program. seems to have many steps even when following directions in manuel. We don't use some of the features such as conference calling or don't have other handsets. Volumn is go, loud and adjust is good. I like Philips phones. Seems like it's well made......
