http://www.viewpoints.com/aboutme/Goodwin17 Tue, 21 Aug 2007 20:10:47 GMT Reviews by Goodwin17 http://www.viewpoints.com/Vonage-review-7a7b I am totally in love with Vonage.  I have had their service about 3 years now.  Although you have to have broadband connection to connect, it is awesome if you can.  It is very reasonably priced.  You can call anywhere in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico for free.  I do think there are more places you can call free.  Also you can talk to anyone in the world who has Vonage for free.  You can keep your local phone number, which is nice if you move away from family.  I have rarely had much of problem with voice quality, and have been pleasantly suprised over the years with how good it actually is.  The customer service is great.  When I lost my job earlier this year, I was going to call and cancel.  They said since I had been a customer for over 2 years that they would give me 3 months of free service.  This works out so well, as I can continue to have Vonage until I get another job.  I would definitely recommend it to anyone!... Tue, 21 Aug 2007 20:10:47 GMT http://www.viewpoints.com/Vonage-review-7a7b Goodwin17 5 http://www.viewpoints.com/AT-amp-T-review-e68d I have had Cingular for a little over a year now.  I got it because both of my parents use Cingular.  I do like that I can talk to them for free and that I have free nights and weekends.  The rollover minutes are good, although they now take them away at the end of the year, which I don't appreciate.  I find that I have more dropped calls with Cingular than my Verizon phone.  Although I do have a signal at my grandmother's rural home with Cingular, it is very spotty.  I don't have signal on any other carrier at her home.  Overall Cingular is good, but don't believe their claim of less dropped calls....
