Goldenretriever94 says "WildBlue has lousy customer service" about WildBlue Internet Service

Oooh, I hate Wildblue. I have had them for just over a year. The basic service at $50 a month, (credit or debit only) is OK, not super fast and things like lightning and snow tend to put it on the fritz. But what I really hate it the customer service. Long wait times for the phone lines and if you have a problem, other than restarting your modem box there isn’t a lot that they can do.

But what really frosts my cookies is the latest. It turns out that if you exceed 7500Mb of bandwidth in a “rolling” 30 day period then they first send you an email warning when you get close to that and then an email saying that they are choking you down to dial-up speeds. And they don’t put you back to regular speeds until your 30 day rolling period shows 30% less then your 7500 Mb limit.

So what’s my problem? They sent the email to my Wildblue email box which I not only never use but they admit that they can’t imagine how the emails ended up in that box as they have the correct email address...
...

Goldenretriever94 says "Golden Retrievers are great dogs!" about Golden Retriever Dog Breed

I love Golden Retrievers! Here are words many people use to describe these great dogs: Gorgeous, People-pleasing, friendly, easy to train, smart, athletic and just wonderful! I personally love a particularly wonderful one in a million Golden. He literally understands what I want him to do without me having to train him. I can just say, “Happy, go on top of the stump” and pat the stump and he jumps up on to it! But not all Goldens are like this, recently they have become such popular dogs that breeders are cranking out puppies without even looking at the quality of the sires and dams. These Goldens can be jumpy, shy, neurotic and even biting dogs. Goldens are great dogs, if you can find the right one that hasn’t been bred by parents that birth more than three times a year. But, if you really work hard, you will find a lovely, easy to train Golden Retriever. Believe me you will be rewarded! Beware: never get a dog from a pet shop! Unless the pet shop owners can show you each puppy’s...
...

Goldenretriever94 says "So good you'll be stuffing yourself like a thanksgiving tofurky!" about Tofurky Roast and Gravy

Are you in trouble when you find out that your Vegan or Vegetarian friends are coming over for Thanksgiving and you don't know what to feed them? Tofurky is America's #1 turkey alternative since 1995 and I can see why. The 2 pound 8 ounce box includes a tender, juicy, stuffed tofu roast and rich "giblet" and mushroom gravy all one hundred percent vegan and vegetarian, absolutely no meat. It costs eight ninety nine for a great thanksgiving feast that will serve and delight four lucky people. It doesn't only need to be for thansgiving either. You can bring it to potlucks, have it for Christmas dinner or just invite some friends over for dinner! It is a guaranteed delicious and pleasing dish for anyone and I highly recommend it....

Goldenretriever94 says "Really nice catalog with natural and creative toys inside." about Magic Cabin Catalog

I get this colorful and delightful catalog seasonally and I always look forward to reading it. Inside it has colorful hand-drawn and very descriptive drawings of the toys, and underneath the picture is a well-written description of the toy. Their biggest drawback is the prices, but the toys are so high quality you have to compensate. They offer a special four ninety-nine shipping and handling policy for the holidays, so that you can buy your Christmas gifts from them cheaper.
Every time I have gotten this catalog they always have a beautifully drawn cover with a setting showing some of their toys in a scene to match the season. I really love this catalog and all of their toys and I highly recommend it.
...

Goldenretriever94 says "I am happy with my Gateway Computer, It works very well." about Gateway MX6421 Laptop Computer

I love my gateway laptop, but it is only average. It is an inexpensive computer and I have had it for about a year now. The screen is shiny and does collect smudges but does not really show them. It costs six hundred dollars, which is pretty cheap for a good laptop computer. The Left-click has started jiggling recently which is a sign of cheapness, but it still clicks and everything else is still sturdy and working great. It works well and downloads software easily and quickly. I really like its style and it is not very heavy. This is an average computer, but it works well.
As an update though, I have to add that the K key just fell off recently. I did manage to get it in under warranty but just barely. It only has about 20 days left on the warranty. The folks at Best Buy said that they will replace the touch pad and the keyboard under warranty and that it should be back in about two weeks....
