GodzillaGirl says "I had a terrible reaction to this drug" about Zyrtec Allergy Medicine

I may be a rare exception to the rule, but Zyrtec made me so sleepy I was unable to function. I know this is unusual, but if you try the medication and find yourself unable to function, try stopping the medicine to see if this is the cause.
GodzillaGirl says "A fascinating combination of science, spirituality, &culture" about Spook: Science Tackles the Afterlife

Roach tackles the topic of what, if anything, happens to our spiritual selves after death with good humor and both a cultural and scientific perspective. Roach also takes a personal perspective on the subject and notes how her studies affect her own views of her inevitable demise. This book is unexpectedly good humored and fun to read -- not at all dark, scary, or depressing....

Everybody in my family enjoys this magazine despite the fact that we have diverse interests: I love literature and trivia, my son is into science and history, and my husgand is into classical music and literature. We all find many things to enjoy in each issue. Best of all, Mental Floss has a sense of humor about everything, including itself, so it is never stuffy or boring....
