I recently went on Medicare, and purchased AARP United Healthcare Supplemental Insurance. I chose it, because my late mother had it, and no matter how major her medical problems and expenses, nearly everything was covered with this supplement. You get a discount on the monthly payement if you let them take it directly from your checking account, and that saves you the responsibility of paying monthly and wasting a stamp. In addition, you get discounts on eyeglasses, dental and medication if you frequent the places that are in their system. Earlier this week I called in a refill on a nasal allergy spray to my Pharmacy. When I picked it up I showed my Supplemental Ins. card, but they could not process it because there wasn't a RX # on the card. So I paid full price of $59 for the prescription and left. The next day the RX card came in the mail, so I went back a couple of days later to get the card in the system. The Pharmacy REFUNDED the $59, and reissued the bill at $33,......

I've had mini vans for several years, but bought the Dodge Caliber to save on fuel. It has saved me money on fuel, plus I love the size and style. It handles really well on the road and don't feel so much WIND driving it. Plenty of storage in the back for loading up whatever you want since the seats fold down, but also comfortable seating for traveling guests. Have had it since May and only have GOOD things to say about it!...
