Gatewaymom says "ADDICTED to this Laugh Out Loud show!" about The Office

Living just 20 miles outside of the pseudo location of Scranton, PA, I can't believe I let three seasons of this show go by and just started watching it during the writer's strike! So clever, so funny, and so great to see Steve Carrell in something so well produced that he proves humor doesn't have to be stupid to be entertaining. The characters in this mockumentary are so diverse, you can't help but thinking you know someone just like him or her. Anyone that has ever worked in an office can definitely relate. Hope the writer's strike is settled soon, I need by Office fix!!!...

Gatewaymom says "Right Size, Right Price, Great Honda!" about Honda CR-V - 2007

This is my second Honda CRV and I can't say enough good things about it! Honda itself has an excellent reputation and with the newly redesigned 2007 they have outdone themselves. More sleek and stylish than the older model, it's a perfect height size. You're high enough to see what's going on ahead of you but you don't need a step ladder to get in! Very comfortable seats, front and rear cup holders, fold down tray between the front seats, good stereo system, and plenty of cargo room. Great decision to remove the ugly spare tire from the back of the hatch to underneath the cargo floor too! The only thing I miss from the old model is the hatch that opened to the side like a regular door. With your hands full of packages, it's harder to reach up and grab this tradional hatch. Best valued small SUV on the market, highly recommend it....

Gatewaymom says "FINALLY, a "washable" George Foreman Grill!" about George Foreman G5 Indoor Electric Grill

As a loyal George Foreman gill user for at least 5 years, it pained me to throw my original George away last year but I just couldn't get it clean enough. This newly designed "G5" has 5 interchangeable, washable plates that makes clean up a snap. I grill burgers and chops with the grilling plates, have made waffles and pancakes with the waffle and flat plates and can't wait to try and make a deep dish pizza next. There is an option to "tilt" the cooking surface to drain off fat from meats or level it for waffles, pancakes, paninis, etc. It's large enough to fit 4-5 burgers and has a high, medium, and low setting. Highly recommended for those who love to grill year 'round.
...

Gatewaymom says "Effectively Training a 40-year old Brain!!" about Nintendo DS - Brain Age

I am addicted to this game and need to use it every day! My 13 year old daughter recieved the Ninentendo DS game last year for Christmas. Brain Age was the first game she bought and the Mom's been hooked on it ever since. We've never owned another video game system but the fact that Brain Age is somewhat educational attracted us immediately. Who would have the thought the adult would need a daily "Brain Age Fix" at 40! The goal is to "train your brain in just minutes a day" and test to the ideal brain age of 20 years old. The daily tests are fun and really do keep your brain working a lot more than sitting in front of a TV. There are various word and math games and more games are unlocked as you move through the training stages. I would definately recommend this game for those over 12 years old (and any mom who has a few minutes a day to play)....
