http://www.viewpoints.com/aboutme/GGMangum Wed, 20 Feb 2008 21:46:07 GMT Reviews by GGMangum http://www.viewpoints.com/Britax-Marathon-Car-Seat-review-58d42 I have a daughter who just turned 4.  I bought the Britax car seat  right before she was born because it came highly recommended from a co- worker.  He is a health and safety manager and I am an occupational health manager.  We both work for a very large fortune 50 company and it is always SAFETY FIRST!  This car seat is very safe and comfortable for my daughter.  As I mentioned, she is 4 and we still use it and have been using it since she was a newborn.  It is easy to install in the car, it adjusts easily as she grows.  I would recommend this to anyone.  Even if you think that you can't afford it, I say go for it because if you get another type you will probably wind up having to replace it  as your child grows and you may have to replace it because it simply gets worn out.  I paid about $250 for this carseat 4 years ago which averages to $62.50 a year.  You won't find a carseat with the safety value and "grow-a-long"...
