FSD77 says "Come with if you want to live!" about The Terminator: Sarah Conner Chronicles

The Sarah Conner Chronicles is some the most fun you spend watching t.v. It has a great story and it's action packed. The series fits in well with the canon of the orignal films. And it answers so many questions about John and Sarah's life on the run, and what's to come in the future. I can't wait to see how things unfold in the new season. I love the addition of Brian A. Green as John's future uncle, and I love Summer Glau as the female terminator. She plays it with just enough edge to make you believe she is some sort of cyborg, but know just how to tone it down when it is time for the robot to assimilate to her surrounding. Bravo for Summer....

FSD77 says "Sometime people are just misunderstood." about Wicked

I read Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West, this past summer. It is a very interesting and original book. It takes a look at the whole Wizard of Oz, Dorothy situation from the side of the witch herself, Elphaba. It explores her childhood and her time at college. It takes a look at her relationship with Glenda before Dorothy's arrival in Oz. And It gives a view of the Wizard who may not have been so wonderful after all. I'st a fun take on the" what if the Wicked Witch wasn't as wicked as everyone assumed?", senario. It is more of an adult themed book and I wouldn't recommend anyone under 16 years old reading it. There is some sexual content, not blatant, but it is suggested. So I guess it should be left up to a parent to read first and then decide if it is something they would allow their teenager to read. But all in all it is a very good. I think most would enjoy it. The author, Gregory Maguire, has also written a sequel about the Wicked Witche's son, and...
...

FSD77 says "It'll make you a believer." about Ghost Hunters

Ghost Hunter is one of the best reality based shows today. The Taps crew really takes what they do seriously and it make you look at the paranormal in another light. Some of the things they came across will make even the biggest skeptic a believer....

FSD77 says "I love Harry Potter!" about J.K. Rowling - Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire

This past summer I read all seven Harry Potter. It start when my son brought the 1st book home from the library. I picked it up, started reading and couldn't stop until I finished the series. Goblet of Fire is the 4th book of Harry's adventures as an up and coming wizard. And it is one of the best. If you've seen the movie, read the book. There is so much you missed. Remember Dobby the House Elf? He's back and he and other house elfs become important this and the following three books. If full of fun, and adventure. And this book is when business with Lord Voldemort really picks up. Don't sell yourself short. This book is a must read....

We bought the 4inch mattress topper because my husband was having terrible back pain. We looked into new mattresses but were not ready to pay nearly $3000 for a king size memory foam bed. This work wonders and is extremely affordable.
...
