FREESTUFFFINDER says "Great For The Kids" about Sony - MV900SDS 9" Mobile DVD Dream System

We bought this system from Circuit City. (their customer service is a whole other review)

We moved out of state and had a 12 hour drive to go back home so decided to purchase a system to be installed on the roof of the vehicle to keep the kids entertained on the long drives. The 9 in screen was a big selling point. The portable systems we had prior were just a pain.

It serves it's purpose. It has a remote which is very convenient so the kids can control the system from the back without help from the front seats.

The only problem we've had is that the swivle mechanism has come loose and we have to put folded up paper to keep it from moving.
...

FREESTUFFFINDER says "The Best I've Ever Used!" about GVP (Generic Value Products TM from Sally Beauty Supply ) Flat Iron

I think I tried every brand of flat irons I could find in the reasonably priced range from stores such as Walmart and Kmart and could never find one to do a good job. A friend brought hers with her to my house one day and I tried it and fell in love. On the box it says "Compare to CHI". I just can't afford a CHI.

I bought the GVP from Sally's Beauty Supply the next day for myself and my teenage daughter and it works wonderfully! It heats up to 410 degrees but adjusts to lower temps. It heats up quickly and I've used it on my hair before it's completely dry. It makes my hair very silky and eliminates all frizz the other flat irons I had used before didn't.You can also use it to flips and curl your hair.

I have frizzy hair and my daughter has very curly hair and this thing is just awesome. I had always thought I should use the 2" flat irons because of how long my hair is but the 1" lets you get much closer to the scalp. I tell everyone about it. It was worth the $70 I paid for it! If the...
...

FREESTUFFFINDER says "Big quality from this little ELPH!" about Canon - PowerShot SD750 Digital Camera

After going through many cameras (trying them and taking them back for another when they didn't produce what I wanted) we came across the Canon PowerShot 750 ELPH. I haven't been happier with a camera before. This little thing takes amazing snapshots and videos. I love the zoom for snapshots but when I zoom out on video mode it's really blurry. That's my one and only complaint on this camera. It's very easy to upload the pictures to my computer and I love the editing program.

I take it everywhere I go just in case I see a 'Canon' moment. I will use this thing till it doesn't work anymore and when it does die, I will be buying another Canon ELPH. It fits the needs of my family.
...

FREESTUFFFINDER says "You Get What You Pay For" about US Airways

There are many pros and cons to flying US Airways.

It's worth the price. Unless of course you have to check a bag because then you have to pay to check that bag. And because of this you get the people who carry on their 2 allowed bags that are as big as they can possibly be carried on. And if you are in the last zone to load you get the remark from the rude airline employee that you will have the "check that bag".

You no longer get a drink or snack for free. If I'm not mistaken, you can now only purchase drinks.. no snakcs. However, you can carry on anything you have bought from inside the airport after security, which is 4 times what it is worth.

I don't travel often but the good thing I can report about US Air is that none of my flights have been late or delyed and all of them have been non-stop.

...

FREESTUFFFINDER says "This stuff works great!" about Murad Acne Cleanser

I got a 2 oz sample of the Murad Acne Cleanser and used it daily till I ran out. You only need a small amount to put onto you face loofah so it lasted me quite some time. It cleared up my face and kept it clear. The only problem is the price. I can't afford $18 for a bottle so that sample was my only chance of trying it. If I ever hit the jackpot, I will buy lots of this stuff to last the rest of my life. For those of you that can afford it, IT'S WORTH IT!!

It didn't have a great aroma but who cares if your face is clean!! It doesn't leave a bad smell of anything afterwards. I am constantly checking their website for another trial sample.
...

FREESTUFFFINDER says "Great Concept!" about Freecycle

I found Freecycle many years ago....before the huge boom and influx of members. The concept behind it is great. You can get rid of the stuff you have in your house that you no longer want, that is too good for trash. It's great because you don't have to have a time consuming and annoying yard sale, especially if you just have a few items to get rid of. Plus it feels good to give.

The problem with Freecycle is that there are too many people who have nothing better to do that sit in front of their computer and wait for the next offer to come through and reply right away and get that item. I think givers should do what myself and a few other do is wait for a day to get quite a few responses and pick a person by manners, reasons they want/need the item(s) and perhaps have them share a recipe or a joke, then of course how soon they could pick it up. That way you know the person who replies is sincere. Too many of the takers are resellers.

The wants are a bit out of control also. People ask...
...

FREESTUFFFINDER says "Facebook is unorganized." about Facebook

I have a Facebook account but rarely use it. I find Faceook to be very unorganized in the layout of the main page and the profiles. They just seem messy. I prefer to use my MySpace account over Facebook. Facebook has to many applications and you get the requests for a bazillion things even if you don't have the aplication installed. Faceook needs to revamp the way the pages are set up to make them more user friendly and then perhaps I would use Facebook much more often than I do. The only time I log on is when I get an email about a new friend request....

FREESTUFFFINDER says "MySpace Rocks!" about MySpace.com

I LOVE MySpace.com. I also have a FaceBook.com personal page but find MySpace to be much more organized. I log into MySpace at least once a day. It's a great site for finding old friends without having to pay (like on classmates.com or reunion.com). They have many different applications for fun and the sites with a huge varieties of free layouts are endless. Sending people HTML comments is very easy. I have tried to get into FaceBook but I just don't find it as easy to use. I enjoy the entire layout of MySpace as far as where to find things such as messages, bulletins, leaving comments, ect. 98% of my friends also have a MySpace page. The privacy settings are wonderful to keep people from spamming you. You can customize it however you want....

FREESTUFFFINDER says "Our Family Dentist For Life!!" about Dr. Nikki Jones, DDS - Trinity Cosmetic and General Dentistry - Concord, NC

We (self, husband, children, mother) have been patients of Dr Jones for many years. Long before she opened Trinity. We used to drive to Charlotte to see her and love that she is now much closer. She does wonderful with my children. My youngest had a traumatic experience at a previous dentist and Dr Jones was able to make her feel comfortable over a few visits. Now she opens wide like a champ. Dr Jones has a wonderful beside manner and her entire staff is nothing but professional, helpful, sincere and nice. Her office is state of the art and extremely modern. She offers a wide array of services in her own office but if there is something she can't do, she can easily refer you in the right direction due to her being the 3rd generation of dentists in her family locally. We refer everyone we know to her....

FREESTUFFFINDER says "The best Vet in Concord/Kannapolis!" about Cabarrus Animal Hospital - - Concord, NC

We have been using Cabarrus Animal Hospital for years for our cats and dogs. The vets are very caring and gentle and they listen and sympathize with you. They give you options as far as treatment goes. And their prices can't be beat! For vaccinations, you only pay for those, not an office visit, and it includes an exam. They offer pet adoptions and the lady who over sees that is very nice and helpful. We have not used their grooming services outside of a bath for a kitten we adopted from them but if their medical services come even halfway close then they have to e very good. They have a seperate entrance for dogs and cats so the animals don't get stressed out. They have appointments plus walk ins which i very convenient. They have never been overbooked, which means less time waiting. You can also drop your pet off and go to work while they do what your pet is needing. Before picking them, we had called around for vaccine pricing and found them to be the most reasonable, even driving far...
...

FREESTUFFFINDER says "One you go touch, you can't go back!" about Sprint - Palm Treo Cell Phone

I upgraded from a Katana to the Palm Treo and LOVE it. The touch screen is addicting and if I try to use someone else's phone I tend to touch the screen and look silly. I love the calendar and Google Maps the best. I also love having the game Suduko on there for when I am bored. I love that it also has an MP3 player but wish it held more songs without needing additional storage. I get pretty good service no matter where I am and love that about the phone. The battery lasts days without charging, as long as I am not constantly using it....
