I had time warner for 2 years. I have 2 tv's and one of the boxes was not working for a month... I was not able to call because I was very busy...I called to report the problem and to request credit for the service I did not received... they declined to provide me with the credit. I asked them to cancel the account, and they did. This company would rather lose a good client than to give credit for the service they did not provide.

Lou Dobbs loves to be critical of anyone in order to raise his ratings... but above a critical/unhappy individual, his criticism is everything but constructive... I guarantee you he is the kind of person who whould love to have slavery in place if he could. He does not like immigrants, and I know in his heart he thinks he is better than anyone who is not white. I feel sorry to see people like this in this century. The most closed mind person on TV.

This people dont really have any experience preparing legal documents, your documents are actually prepared by someone else who doesnt really understand what is going on....

This company hires people with no experience to prepare your taxes, then you find out there are mistakes, and you try to go to their office to see if they can help you, but the person who prepared your taxes is no where to be found, or the office is just closed most of the year...ohhh they are excellent at charging you professional fees for their negligent work....

This company offers a very inexpensive fee, but the quality of the voice over the network is the WORSE, and their customer service is so bad, sometimes you cant even understand their really heavy accent. I finally got rid of the service, but was charged $90 to disconnet. Oh, and calls get dropped all the time. Trust me, you dont want this company...

I have this card for about a year, and I went to Atlantic City and used it to pay for a massage... it was declined because this expense is suppose to be something I should not pay with the card...I am glad I had my Bank of America card....
