Then I swiched to Folgers Gourmet Supreme. Heading for the dark roast.  When they came out with Black Silk, I fell in love. Now this is the only coffee served in my house. This is the coffee for all the snobs. I've even converted family members to drinking dark roast, now if I can get them to drink it without flavoring.... I left it set around for about a month before using. I have to say it is one of the noisest pots, but its so fast. I was not  very impressed with the coffee that came with it, so I just use my own. I find I'm using this coffee maker more ofter, especially if I want one fresh cup at a time. I highly recommend this coffeemaker to all coffeelovers.... I'm saving almost $300.00 a year for a better policy on auto and house. I was just offered a great deal and had to give it a chance. Now, with more channels to pick from I'll never go back. Only lost ir once during a snow storm, cable was a constant problem.
