      <description>&#160;&#160;&#160; &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Safety issue #1: while looking for a seat in the Mikado lounge (area was dark), fell over an unlit riser on the top floor and cut my leg. The area around the injury swelled quite a bit with a very large and unsightly knot on my shin. I have a cut and bruising still (four days after the incident) and feel that I could have easily broken my leg if I had landed differently.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Safety issue #2; during our &quot;Inspiration&quot; dining, my son's entr&#233;e arrived and while he was eating the main course, a table guest requested a nibble from one of the vegetables on his plate. She then discovered that glass shards were strewn throughout the meal and had even removed a small glass chunk from her mouth just prior to swallowing. Whether my son had consumed any glass is unknown, but he has not been feeling too well since.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Empress room H/V/AC; the comfort of the room was severely compromised during the entire voyage. Though the A/C vent was wide open, the room would range between stagnate hot to icy cold bursts...&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;... </description>
