CollegeMomofTwo says "Definitely not worth the money" about Ojon SWA Liquid Hair Building 4-step Ritual Kit

The Ojon SWA Liquid Hair Building 4-step ritual kit is definitely not worth the money in my opinion. I bought my kit through QVC because the product was touted to thicken and strengthen the hair. The kit is expensive ($120.00) and provides two month's worth of treatments. You use the shampoo and conditioner (these products I love and that is why I gave the product two stars and not one) and then once per week you use the liquid hair-boosting serum. Also, the kit comes with a daily leave-in treatment.

After using the product for two months I can't say I notice any difference in my hair. I was born with fine hair and now that I'm 50, I notice that my hair is thinning. I was hoping this product would thicken my hair. Like I say, I can't tell any difference.

Now, I will tell you, even though I love the shampoo and conditioner, the shampoo is not one that lathers up. So, if you need a shampoo that lathers up, this is definitely not the product for you.

I was truly disappointed in...
...

CollegeMomofTwo says "Great little car" about Toyota Yaris - 2008

The Toyota Yaris liftback is a great little car. It is bigger than a Mini Cooper and has more storage room. It gets real good gas mileage without paying the extra bucks for a hybrid car (29 city, 35 freeway). The Yaris is very reasonably priced. In fact, it is one of the lowest priced cars on the market and it is a Toyota.

My daughter loves her car...it is cute and zips around nicely. Plus, it's a Toyota. How could you go wrong?!
...

CollegeMomofTwo says "Fun and sporty" about MINI Cooper - 2006

I used to own a 2006 Mini Cooper but sold it in December 2007 because it just was not a practical car for a one-car household. Minis don't have much room so if you need to go to the airport with loads of luggage, you're toast! Also, they are not the most comfortable cars. What I miss about my Mini is the handling and the looks, but I'm much happier with my new 2008 Salsa Red Jetta....

CollegeMomofTwo says "I'm really loving this car" about Volkswagen Jetta - 2008

I bought my Jetta in December and am very happy. I had a Jetta before--a 1986. The new models are much more sophisticated than the older Jettas. It's kind of like the car grew up! My car is very comfortable, the stereo sound is wonderful (I have the bass turned up), and the car just looks more expensive than it actually was. Very pleased....

CollegeMomofTwo says "Not what I expected" about No Reservations

I was surprised by this movie. Shortly after the movie began I realized it was going to be different from what I expected. I just thought it would be a fun love story that involved yummy scenes of cooking. It does include love, and it does include yummy scenes of cooking, but it has a lot more depth than that. I won't give anything away but I highly recommend it. Catherine is fabulous and the man (can't think of his name right now) is delicious. Her niece in the movie is one to love (she was first in Little Miss Sunshine)....

CollegeMomofTwo says "Great company for the long haul" about State Farm

I've been with State Farm since I was first insured. I'm now 50!

I've got to tell you that I haven't been able to find another company that could beat what State Farm offered, especially since I've been insured with State Farm for so long. State Farm gives some great discounts and they add up, causing my auto insurance bill to be lower than with other companies. You may wonder how I would know what other companies charge since I've been with State Farm forever. Well, I have shopped around on occasion (probably 10 times in the 35 years I've been insured with them).

I have been in a few accidents, which were not my fault, and they were extremely helpful. Also, my daughter's car was broken into. State Farm immediately got us in contact with a company to help clean up her car and put in a new window.

Anytime I need information or to change coverage, buy a new car, etc., it has been a pleasurable experience because of my agent.
...
