Chicken says "We love this game so much, we make parties out of it!" about Microsoft - Xbox 360 - Halo 3

I fell in love with halo, I fell in love with halo 2, and Im deeply in love with Halo 3. The campaign (single or co-op) part of the game is pretty good. I'm more of a multiplayer kinda gal, but I did enjoy getting through the campaign line. I definitely liked playing the story better after I found all the skulls hidden throughout the different locations. After you find them you can turn them on and play again. They do neat stuff. Some of them make the game harder, and some make it funnier. (like the one that adds dialect, or the one that throws confetti everytime you get a headshot). — — Anyway, the online part of it is awesome! And its funny playing as a girl because I dont think I've ever joined a group of people to play who didnt comment on the fact that I was a girl! But anyway, the first expansion of maps was cool. I definitely like the smallness of Foundry. My only problems is that now that they...

Chicken says "One of the best Multiplayer Party Games out there!" about Xbox 360 - Rock Band

I bought the Rock Band for XBOX 360 as a Christmas present for myself and my Fiance. We have really enjoyed it, and the game as been muchly used. The set up is super easy! Also, with different difficult settings the game can be played by anybody- from the best to the tone deaf! You can play solo, although its not as fun as rockin out with the band! The game is for up to 4 players, (Singing, Drums and two guitars) The guitars can each choose either Bass (which I find easier) and Guitar. You can have any combination of the two. Each player can choose their own difficulty in multiplayer. You just have to remember that if you have a player playing on too low of a difficulty, you can only get so many special things! — — On that note! Playing on multiplayer you can do gigs at different cities! After you complete the sets at your first few gigs, and get enough stars, you can move on to the new cities. You...

Chicken says "Definitely one of the best books I've read in a long time!" about The Kite Runner

I'd like to start out by saying I haven't read a whole novel since I graduated from highschool about 5 years ago. I was reading reviews about this book and decided I'd try to pick up reading as a hobby again. I loved it! Its as simple as that! From the moment I started reading it I couldn't put it down. This book has excellent hooks and it wasn't as predictable as some of the other novels I have read (many years ago of course!). I've very excited that there is a movie for this book. I can't wait to see it. — — Considering this is a book some people reading the review may have not read, I will not give a formatted essay about the whole thing! It is a book about a Afghanistan boy, Amir, and his family's servant boy, Hassan. It takes you through the journey of a world many people don't truely grasp. Reading this book while in America and knowing we are fighting...
