I weigh over 300 lbs but I am slowing taking it off. I have Fibromyalgia and hypothrodism and am 59 years old. I desperately need to lose weight. For several winters I could not do much exercise as the winter colds and snows cause me to be frequently ill with bronchial congestion. Getting out doors and walking in the snow is not something I can do. I kept gaining weight inspite of eating healthy and less calories and carbs. Finally I told my husband I really need a stationary bike or treadmill. He felt with my Fibromyalgia and arthritis of the hips I would need a low impact type bike. So we looked around and he bought me my Stamina bike. It is wonderful and easy to use. It has digital reading for miles, calories burned and more. The seat adjusts for those who have longer or shorter legs. I can sit and watch t.v and pedal away. I have lost 22 lbs since February and am doing better. I began using Oil of Olay 36 years ago when my sister in law gave me some her sister had given her. She said, "try this it makes your skin feel fresh and gives you a pick up when your tired." I tried a little and felt so nice and pretty, The scent was mild and I felt good and refreshed. I have been an avid user of this product almost every day of my life since that long ago day. I liked the light pink color of the liquid lotion and the simple black labeling that set of the light pink. I have since recommended this product to friends, and family over the years and given the Olay products as gifts to my daughter and daughters in law. I will be giving this to my teenage granddaughters in the near future as the become more aware of their looks and skin. It is one of the best skin mostierizing products on the market and people often believe I am about 40 when my age is 59 and in about two month I will be 60. Mio - C230 GPS Device is something I will consider for my husband as father's day gift. I believe it is just what we are looking for and will be useful in many ways. From local areas when he has to travel to a substitute teaching job in a district he is new to or has not been teaching at yet. To taking day trips and vacations with the family. I think it is handy to have and will be an asset.
