CMW says "Miracle Miracle Grow" about Scotts Miracle-Gro All Purpose Plant Food

I have used Miracle Grow Plant Food for years. It is very easy to use and formulate. It has always made a significant difference in the way my plants grow. I did an experiment with my class and we used Miracle grow on one garden and used nothing on the other. We planted the same plants in the same soil with the same lighting. The ones that got the Miracle Grow actually grew faster and fuller. It must really work! Ever since our experiment, I have been a firm believer in Miracle Grow products. I will continue to use them and highly recommend them.
...

CMW says "Hungry?" about Herbalife Shapeworks Program

I tried the Herbalife Shapeswork Program to hopefully lose weight and get fit. What I found is I was hungry all of the time. I followed the program exactly. I was just ravished. I felt much better and healthy but I could not get enough to eat. I spent a lot of money, buying all of the products. I used the program for about six months before I quit. I was tired of feeling hungry. I had lots of energy though! The shakes tasted very good and I had no problems with the drinks or snacks. I thought they were pretty good for a health product. But I actually gained weight on this program. I think it was because my calorie intake was higher than before I started the program. I was used to eating only one meal a day with one snack. When I followed the program, I followed it exactly. I would recommend this program. Although I gained weight, I felt much healthier and had more energy. All of my friends who stuck to the program had good weight loss results.
...

CMW says "Minutes of Amazement" about Playskool Busy Ball Popper

I have had loads of fun playing with the Playschool Busy Ball Popper. I worked in a nursery for multi age children and this was the best toy ever. All ages of kids loved to play with this toy. It kept them occupied. It was also a good toy to use when a child was upset and crying. It seemed to get them occupied, between the music playing and the balls popping they would engage with the toy. The only down fall was at times the balls would get stuck inside the tube or they would blow out so hard they would not land in the toy. We often had balls blow around the room but they were easy to find. The children, even the young ones, engaged with this toy for long periods of time. I would recommend this toy. It plays good music, is colorful and fun.
...

CMW says "Glitter not glittery" about Crayola Washable Glitter Glue - 9 ct.

I bought Crayola glitter pens for my preschool class at church to use for a special project. What I found is the children had a lot of difficulty squeezing the glitter out of the pen. It required the assistance of an adult. Furthermore, the pen would get clogged with the glitter causing nothing to come out. The gliiter was beautiful when we were able to get it out but the children were very frustrated with the pens. I would not suggest these pens for the younger age children. They make the projects take twice as long and much assistance is required.
...

CMW says "Sad but true, toys do teach" about LeapFrog Learning Toys

My son got a Leap Pad for Christmas one year. I can tell you he loved it and used it constantly. We still have it and it still works, despite years of use! We were constantly buying new books to add to his system. This toy taught him so much! He learned math, Spanish, reading, geography and many other subjects just by playing with a toy. It was awesome to watch him play on his own and learn at the same time. He is resistant to normal methods of teaching so this was a great way for him to learn. He thought he was simply playing with his toy! Little did he know he was learning! I would highly recommend this product.
...

CMW says "Tracing Made Fun" about Discovery Toys place and trace

I bought the Discovery Toys Place and Trace for my son but have mostly used it in my preschool class. The children love it. They especially like the one with the dinosaurs. It makes it very easy for the children to trace an object and it comes out looking like the object. The children are so proud of their work. I have used these for years and they have been very durable. I have to teach the children how to hold it still while they trace the object but once they learn they are amazed at what they have drawn. I really liked the objects, dinosaurs and animals detaching from unit. I have used these during my curriculum when we explore dinosaurs. This is a product I highly recommend to others.
...

CMW says "educational but not durable" about ATM Savings Bank Toy

My son got a ATM Savings Bank for Christmas. He loved it and it was educational but we encountered some problems. The front door which opens to reveal the money would often open without having to use the combination. Then it would fall off of the hinges. We also had problems with the counter. At first, it worked great and it was fun watching the money add up in his account. But soon the counter could not differentiate between the coins. It would not read them. We would take everything out and start over again. Sometimes it would read them and sometimes it would not. We would get a different total every time. I would push the reset button each time. Finally the reset button quit working. The bank loved to talk though! It was always asking for money and thanking us! Overall, this was a great educational toy but not very durable.
...
