      <description>&lt;p&gt;I purchased a GE heavy duty top load washer in November of 2006.&#160; We had to call a&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;repairman on July 21st because it wouldn't go into the spin cycle.&#160; I had always purchased&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;KENMORE but I thought I would just try a GE. BIG MISTAKE!&#160; The&#160; repairman charged me&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;$45.00 to tell me that it would cost more to fix than to buy a new one.&#160; We were told to&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;junk it.&#160; The start button was a &quot; touch button.&quot;&#160; Sometimes it started, sometimes it didn't.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I will never buy another GE product.&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
