I got the queen-sized PacDown mattress and it is fabulous! Here are the 4 things that sealed the deal for me:</p> <p>1. The price was excellent. It wasn't the biggest factor in my decision but why spend more when you don't have to?</p> <p>2. The fact that BASF is involved. This is a company that has been around for a while and has a good reputation. And the product is all it is advertised to be.</p> <p>3. Your question and answer page was very complete and the most objective one I was able to find in all my research.</p> <p>4. I was particularly impressed with your honest and detailed explanation of the return process (which most other companies gloss over)....</p>...
