BuckysMommy says "Allergic reaction on prom night---not good!" about Dove Energy Glow Daily Moisturizer and Self Tanning Lotion

Boy do I ever have a story to tell with this stuff. I bought this for the first time back in April for my daughter's prom. Her dress was strapless and she had gotten a sunburn on her arm's a few weeks before so she still had a slight differance in color but not much at all. So anyway, 3 hours before prom was to start I helped rub the lotion on her arms and shoulders before putting her dress on so she would be all sparkly and soft right? WRONG! She was allergic and instantly started to turn red. What a nightmare. While trying to get her not to cry and mess up her makeup we just had done I started scrubbing the stuff off and praying like crazy. We sat around waiting for the redness from where I scrubbed to go away and luckily it all cleared up just in time to take our pictures by the pool before heading to prom. I'm not sure what caused this but it wasn't good. She uses all dove products and does fine but there was something about the tanner's in this product. She recently started using the......

BuckysMommy says "We could not ask for more in a food" about Solid Gold Wee Bits

I tried this food about a year ago when Bucky was just a baby. He's a smooth haired doxie which tend's to have dry skin alot anyway but my baby was just so flakey and itching all the time. He also had these rough little bumps appearing around the edges of his ears. I went to one of our pet stores in search of EVO after researching and when I explained the problems we were having to the owner he recommended I try the Solid Gold Wee Bits. This has been the best food ever for my little man. The itching stopped almost instantly and the bumps were gone within the first two weeks and have never came back. The fishy smell is strong but that's the fish oil's which help's the skin and coat so I deal with it. We love this food and would recommend it to anyone having skin allergies. This food also had no corn or chicken added which is also good in our case as Buck is allergic to those as well....

BuckysMommy says "Nurse Tested And Approved" about O.P.I. Nail Lacquer

I first learned of OPI at my nail salon as it was all they used on their clients. I didn't know alot about the ploish at the time but fell in love with a hot pink shade and had to have it. I'm now hooked and refuse to spend money on any other brand. Being a nurse I wash my hands alot and use a ton of hand sanatizer which I have found is hard on nail polish. Not with OPI. The polish stays. The price may be a bit more than what you would pay at your local drug store or wal-mart but so worth it. You actually save in the long run. The array of colors and the staying power is wonderfull....

BuckysMommy says "This Stuff Is A Nightmare-Stay Away" about Sentry Pro Xfc Flea & Tick Squeeze On for Dogs 40 60lbs

I tried the SentryPro XFC on my dachshund and within 2 hours he was twitching and constantly licking at the air. I knew something was wrong when he could not sit still even on my lap at the computer which he loves. I called the emergency number and was told to wash him with DAWN dishwashing liquid. I washed him twice but some of it had absorbed into his skin which caused him to jump up like something was after him and take off running and scratching constantly. within 4 hours after using this stuff he started dry heaving, scratching, running fever, and I'd find him lying in puddles of slobber.I was up all night watching him and the next morning I began having nose bleeds and a bad headache. My daughter also woke with a headache. I took 3 days and a trip to the vet for my lil man to start feeling like himself again. I hate that I have read of so many people having the same or similar problems with this porduct, and yet here's the same well know pet store that claim to "LOVE YOU PETS"......

BuckysMommy says "Bucky has finally found his ball" about Planet Dog Orbee-Tuff Balls

Finally a ball that can stand up to a mean green chewing weenie...ok so he's really not mean and he's chocolate instead of green...but you get the point right?! I have a dachshund that loves ball's but has destroyed them all. He even busted a basketball, yep...basketball. He may only be 7 lbs. but he's a mean chewer. We LOVE these balls. He's had his for 2 months now and trust me when I say no other toy has ever stayed in this house that long. They are also great water toys because they float. Oh and another thing I love is I don't go broke keeping my baby happy....

BuckysMommy says "The Best Babysitter We've Ever Had" about Kong Red Tuffy

We first bought the puppy size kong for my mini dachshund to help keep him busy while I was doing house work and studying for school. My baby is such a mama's boy that he wanted to be held all the time. This was such a life saver to me that I later upgraded to the larger red kong because little Bucky became a toy killer and could destroy any toy in 5 minutes flat. We love our kong! It's Bucky proof and has been the best babysitter I ever paid for. We have found many healthy recipes to stuff it with for snack time and if i plan to be gone awhile I'll even freeze it at times to keep him busy till I get home. bucky has also taught me that it makes a great bouncy ball toy unstuffed too. HAHA....he'll toss it himself and chase it. We highly recommend this toy for anyone needing a good babysitter or indestructible toy....
