The date and times are correct on the reservation.  We returned the car an hour early.  Ifar the customer service rep accused me of changing the rental time on the reservation and we had to argue for 15 minutes to get it reduced. He also added a $40 charge for additional driver and said he couldn't remove it. They are fraudulently adding fees to our reservation.   This was the worst rental car experience I've ever had. Angry customers waited in line for an hour because each transaction took 20 minutes. Other rental companies take 5 minutes.  I will not this company ever again. horrendous experience</p>...
