These computers are the best as far as I am concerned.  Very user friendly, durable, and long lasting.  Tech support is phenominal.  First one I ever bought I had a problem when hooking up to internet.  I phoned Gateway, the tech had me type a few things in to computer, read back from screen and told me the modem was bad.  They overnighted a new modem to me and led me through removing the bad one and installing the new one.  It took less than a half of a hour.
