Blessed says "This bottle is BPA Free and works well for our baby!" about BornFree Bisphenol-A Free Plastic Bottles Baby Bottle

We purchased BornFree BPA free bottles as a result of reading that there is a concern over BPA plastic in bottles (baby, water, food products, etcetera). We are not the type to get too worked up about what comes out in the media, but in this instance we weren't willing to let our baby drink out of a bottle that is potentially harmful while another "study" was conducted. We instead, decided it was better to be safe than sorry. We like this bottle a lot - we have only had it leak one time and it was because we put it together wrong. There is an internal "lid" type gizmo that vents which takes some getting used to because it's one extra step in assembling a bottle, but we found it to be easier than putting together the Playtex VentAire bottles (which at the time of this writing do contain BPA) we had previously purchased. ...

As the mother of two kids you can imagine that i have little fingerprints everywhere! I use these wipes daily to clean off the coffee table / end tables, TV Screen, and entryway mirror. They work wonderfully and are so quick to use.
...

Blessed says "Don't know how we survived without Tivo" about TiVo - Digital Video Recorder

We just can't believe we ever survived without Tivo! We are a very busy family between both having jobs, kids, church activities and service, and other commitments and we just love the fact that we are able to schedule our Tivo box to record the shows we want to see and then just watch it when we want. We don't watch a ton of TV, but having this service not only makes our viewing more flexible, but we can watch more stuff in less time because we don't have to watch any commercials. Would highly recommend this service for people who want to be able to do more with their TV viewing....

Blessed says "Great way to earn FREE stuff for shopping online!" about MyPoints

I have been using My Points for a few years now and have earned lots of free stuff for doing what I do already -- shopping online. There are also other ways to earn points like entering contests, and checking out websites. The most difficult thing to remember is that you have to go to the website before you start shopping online. I have had situations where if I don't do this then it is difficult to get the website you are shopping on to accept that you want to enter their site through the MyPoints service (in other words, they wont always give you the points)....

Blessed says "Best formula out there..." about Enfamil Lipil Formula with Iron

We absolutely loved this formula for our daughter. Once I stopped breastfeeding we started with Similac and our child just didn't seem to care for the taste of it. We had a friend who recommended we switch because she had the same problem with her kids so we did. Absolutely saw a change when we did this. Our daughter loved it! We also found it easy to mix and that it dissolved quickly. The Similac seemed to be more oily (for lack of a better description) and when we'd put it in the measuring cup it would clump and stick. It would also take longer to dissolve. We are expecting our second child in June 2008 and if we are not successful with breastfeeding and / or when we start using formula we will definitely use this again....

Blessed says "Get ready to deal with leaking bottles!" about havent seen any good ones

I will agree that these bottles are good for feeding from both a nipple shape standpoint and that they do not produce a lot of gas so your child is comfortable, but we had nothing but problems with them leaking. It was difficult to tell if you had a good seal on these bottles and when they did leak versus didn't leak we never could figure out what we were doing differently each time so we could correct the problem. Given this, we have decided that with our next child (due in June 2008) we will be using a different bottle system....

Blessed says "Great product for getting apart ground beef while it is browning" about Pampered Chef Cutting Edge Food Chopper

This is a really neat tool from Pampered Chef that on first glance you will not believe you need. It is terrific when you are browning ground beef and need to "chop" it up. Also works well when you are making something that you want to stir up while at the same time trying to "break up" the ingredients....
