      <description>&lt;p&gt;I am a working mother of two.&#160; Tony Horton's 10 Minute Trainer was a gift to me by my best friend.&#160; I was always complaining that I really wanted to get in shape, but didn't have the time.&#160; These 10 minute training sessions are just the thing for a busy working mom -- you can always find 10 spare minutes in a day!&#160; The really great thing about these sessions is that the exercises are working more than one area at a time -- they combine several exercises into one, which saves time, but still gives you the benefits of all of the exercises involved.&#160; I've been doing this program for two weeks, along with the 10-day Lean Jean jumpstart diet and I've already lost 10 lbs!&#160; I have to say that this is a great product -- well worth the money.&#160; And, boy, am I sore!&#160; It really gives you a great workout!&#160; I would recommend this to anyone who is low on time but wants to get fit.&#160; The Lean Jean diet is brutal -- it only allows you 1000 calories per day for 10 days if you are a female.&#160; But,...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
