Art4All says "Great Selection of Kids PC Games!" about J & R Music and Computer World

My daughter loves the Nancy Drew PC games produced by HERInteractive. They are all very entertaining and educational. We usually purchase them directly from the HERInteractive site, but J&R has them for a lot less. I was able to get two games using a free shipping coupon and I saved at least 10 dollars overall. — J&R shipped the games within a day of ordering and their communication via email was exceptional. I will order from them again. —...

Art4All says "Same Day Manhattan Delivery is a Barnes & Noble Fairy Tale" about Barnes&Noble.com

After yet another form letter from B&N that does not fully address my questions or concerns I feel compelled to post a Viewpoints Review. I believe that if B&N had actually read my emails or paid attention to what I was saying when I called them on the telephone, my simple single book order could have been resolved. But no, they chose to believe that we reused to sign for the book when it was brought to our door - a total fabrication on the part of their subcontracted delivery service in Manhattan, Lasership. — I proposed several workarounds to address the delivery of my book order but B&N never worked with me. — A book was ordered online on a Tuesday and when it hadn't arrived by Friday I checked the tracking note and saw that they attempted delivery twice - totally not true, someone was home every day that week. — I call B&N and ask that the book be delivered (again) to our...

Art4All says "Versatile Hot & Cold Compress. Saved my aching back!" about Ace Brand Hot & Cold Compress

I unexpectedly threw my back out this past weekend (well, really, who expects to throw out their back). I was able to ice it immediately using those hard rectangular plastic ice packs designed to keep your child's lunch cold. Not exactly to most comfortable thing, but still it was effective. — After two days of icing I knew I had to move on to heat therapy but could not find my ol' heating pad. I was thrilled to find this product at my local drug store - it's reusable, heated up in 30 seconds in my microwave, and was comfortable to lay against with it's soft gel center and Ace bandange-fabric pouch. I am going to buy another one to keep in my freezer so I don't have to sleep on an ice brick again. —...

Art4All says "Impossible to open! Buy Super Glue instead and save your money!" about Nailene Pin Point Nail Glue

I went ahead and paid the extra dollar to get what I thought would be precision application of nail glue to my torn natural nail. What I got instead of an easy repair was an evening of stress. — I tried to pierce the container with the plastic plunger provided by Nailene - no luck, plastic bent and did nothing. I tried using different gauges of sewing needles, no luck. I eventually pried away the plasic cap and used a hammer and nail to open the container, but it was all dried up! What a waste of my time and energy. I wound up using my husband's old tube of SuperGlue I found laying around. I needed to do something because the tear was about to become painful and I wanted my nail to grow out more so I could trim it off without pain. I asked Nailene for a refund and got a quick note saying they would mail me a replacement - Thanks, but no thanks, not interested in buying or using any more Nailene products. —...

Art4All says "Easily and Quickly Removes Adhesive Stickers - a MUST HAVE!" about Un-Du

Un-Du Adhesive remover is a fantastic product! — It temporarily deactivates adhesives used on stickers, postage stamps and other products like "magnetic" photo albums that threaten to destry beloved phots by turning them brown around the edges. Squeeze a little of the clear Un-Du liquid onto your postage stamp or other sticky item and lift it up with the attachment on the top of the bottle so you do not have to use your own fingernail. If you want to reuse the sticker or stamp, wait a moment for it to dry and it will be stick once more! — I have used Un-Du to rescue photos from magnetic albums - it's photo-safe and acid free; to loosen candle wax; to move unused postage to a new envelope when I decided to re-wrap a shipping package; and best of all to remove huge stickers my child attached to furniture without permission. —...
