Animals7 says "Caring primary care physician that takes time to talk" about Dr. Ann McBride - UW Health - Madison, WI

— I have been going to Dr. McBride for almost 15 years. (Wow, has it been that long?) She is straight to the point, doesn't lecture, and gets to the bottom of things. She has helped me get referrals to specialists. My husband had tried several different primary care docs closer to home, but finally he tried Dr. McBride and really likes her as well. The clinic is sometimes busy and because Dr. McBride takes time with her patients, she is sometimes running behind. Most lab tests can be done on site. Although I am relatively healthy, she has helped me manage asthma, identified skin diseases, referred me for orthopedic issues, guided me through infections, and just the basic stuff that comes up....

Animals7 says "Challenging, comprehensive program that applies to real life" about Regis University - Masters of Nonprofit Management

I am current 75% done with my MNM degree from Regis. I am a nonprofit manager, and everything I have learned has been applicable and timely to my work. I started a program for my Masters in Social Work at a well-respected university, and it doesn't even compare. This degree is far more challenging and comprehensive. Classes are usually between 10 and 15 students worldwide, so you get to "meet" people from many different perspectives which makes the classes that much more interesting. This is no easy online degree from some fly-by-night University. Expect to be challenged and commit your time to this degree...the rewards will be tremendous....

Animals7 says "Delightful organization that helps find homes for pets" about Angel's Wish Pet Adoption and Resource Center

I volunteer for Angel's Wish and love it! I have also adopted from them as well. All animals live in foster homes while they await adoption so the foster families can match people well with adoptable pets. The animals get all their vet care prior to going home (spay/neuter, tests, vaccines, deworming, etc.) Mostly cats but occasionally dogs and birds too. Lots of knowledgeable people to help answer questions. Retail area, microchipping clinic, and more. If you are looking for meaningful volunteer work or are looking for a new pet, please visit Angel's Wish. www.angelswish.org is the website. ...
