<title>AngierNC says &quot;Leaked water all over the floor in first hour of use&quot; about Kenmore Washing Machine Model #2962</title>
      <link>http://www.viewpoints.com/Kenmore-Washing-machine-model-2962-review-1b901</link>
<description>On the first washer load, the machine leaked water all over the floor.&#160; The water was gushing out of the top center of the rear panel - probably a cracked water valve or incorrectly installed hose or valve.&#160; A call to the Sears store got us a &quot;shouldn't be leaking&quot; response and of course the usual suggestions about leaking hoses, etc.&#160; If you buy this machinel, I suggest you place it somewhere next to a floor drain for its initial shakedown.&#160; Our first Kenmore lasted over 20 years.&#160; This one lasted about 20 minutes.&#160; The Sears store says over a week to replace it.&#160; We demanded our money back and got it.&#160; Not we have to wait for a few days for them to come and get it so we can get a new one in place.&#160; Avoid this Kenmore garbage at all costs!... </description>
