They call to inquire as to your health when they know you have been ill and go the extra mile to get meds you may need. My husband needed a perscription they did not have and they trackedit down at another store and went there to pick it up for us..........I had serious surgery and they called to inquire of how my meds were doing and also if I needed anything. I have NEVER had this type of service from anywhere else. They are the greatest!... From the first phone call to express what we are looking for to the sale and maintenance they are right on the money. They are concerned with only the customers needs and provide any assistance you may need. We have never had any complaints and would recommend them to anyone. Our salesman even called a month after our purchase to make sure we are still happy with our vehicle.........now that is service!... I spent 7 days of which 3 were intensive care after emergency surgery and they treated me like I was home with a private nurse. Their kindness and exempliary care are none to surpass. This is my fourth serious surgery and 5th extensive hospital stay in as many hospitals but North Hills is the #1 in quality care in all aspects. My husband was in this hospital 7 yrs. ago and received the same quality care I did this yr.(2007) except it is exceptionally improved if at all possible. Would recommend to anyone ... Dr. Harbour gives the very best care and when there is an inkling of him not knowing how to treat the problem he gets you to the right place immediately. You can always get to see him within 24 hrs of calling(usually the same day if emergency) and his office staff has been with him for yrs. There is very little turn over and they all are as sweet as can be and very accommodating. He truly is heaven sent in his field as a general practicioner D.O....
