I am breastfeeding her still, and she has NEVER had nipple confusion or not wanted to latch on after using this product! I have heard lots of horrow stories of this happending with other bottles. I am VERY happy with this product. My only advise here is to make sure when you wash them you wash them really really well if not the milk will sit in between the clear nipple and blue nipple and create mold.
