I haven't used a regular toothbrush in three years, and have no intentions of going back!  I've always had good dental checkup reviews because I thoroughly brush my teeth, even with the manual toothbrushes. <br/><br/>But this one gets into every nook and cranny in my mouth. I floss most of the time but I feel good knowing that if I can't floss all the time my Oral-B CrossAction gets the job done. I brush three minutes, twice a day, going up, down, all around  the insides of my mouth. Making sure that I brush my tongue and the roof of my mouth.<br/><br/> Never press too hard on your brush, because it can cause tissue damage and your mouth will be sore. Always use a rinse afterwards, store bought or make your own. I use both, I make one to use alternately out of Peroxide. I use Apothecary brand from Walgreens Drugs because it is a really good brand. On the back of their bottle they tell you how to mix it for rinsing and an oral......
