As she picked up sign language through the videos, we were able to finally communicate with her and her behavior improved (no doubt due to her decreased frustration as she could now express her desires and feelings through signs). We've got all the DVDs and record the TV shows on PBS through our TiVo. Our child began speaking better after learning sign language as well, as it helped associate words with their meaning.... The machine has worked flawlessly thus far. The tower itself has convenient access to USB and headphone/speaker jacks on both front and back. One unusual aspect of the design is the CD/DVD drawer seems to require that you physically push it back in (rather than pressing a button). With a small nudge it retracts itself, so it works just fine... I just thought that a little strange. The price above also included 3GB of RAM and an upgraded Intel Core Duo processor, so I'm very happy with the performance. Starting to wish I had included the media card reader and maybe bluetooth support, but otherwise I've got no regrets.... Since we've got young kids, we appreciate the casual atmosphere and kid's menu. When the weather is nice, we enjoy sitting out on the patio and enjoying some fresh air with our meal. The food is decent, and a nice alternative to the usual chain restaurants in the area (e.g. On The Border)....
