He t-boned a girl in a brand new Dodge Ram and I t-boned him. It was awful. I called USAA and that same day they sent a rep to my school (I was in college then) to take a look at my car. It just so happened that he also had USAA (WHAT A RELIEF!), and within a week I had a new car. I have looked into other companies but none can offer me the great coverage and benefits that USAA has. Not to mention banking, investments, savings for my children, and many many more services that they offer. You just CAN'T beat USAA. I wouldn't trust any other company.... And they don't tell you until it is too late that you have to have your items shipped in FOUR shipments (well unless you are only buying one thing, and who buys only one thing online during Christmas?). They have no recourse for people that they have inconvenienced either. So I say unless you are only going to buy one thing from their online store don't do it. You'll be waiting a very long while....
