We were in the USAirways check-in line at SFO 1 1/2 hours before take-off.  At the 1-hour mark, with maybe 3 people in line ahead of us, the agent simply closed the line and told us to go to the end of the other line, with about 150 people in line.  No sympathy from the people behind that counter.  We made it to the gate with about 10 minutes to go, but our seats (and the seats of about 20 people from the same closed line) had been given to other passengers, and the door was closed.  The USAirways folks could do nothing but roll us from standby to standby; incapable of thinking about routing...

Four Winds Casino is a great place to visit. It is located in New Buffalo Michigan which is the first exit coming in from i94. The casino is nestled in a beautiful wooded area with gorgeous architecture and lighting. This place has slot machines, poker tables, keno, roulette and more. Email to Air India: "I am writing this email with much despair to discuss our recent experience on Air India flight from Ahmedabad to London Heathrow via Mumbai. I have actually had several opportunities to visit the Houston Downtown Aquarium and am now finally getting around to writing a review. One of the nice things about living here means you have all kinds of fun things to do - things that you may take for granted and forget to share with others. 

What I like about the Houston Downtown Aquarium

I took my honeymoon in Late September 2008 on the Freedom of the Seas out of the Port of Miami.  I think this is the nicest ship afloat (of course I haven't seen the newest behemouth, Oasis of the Seas), but it is truely a remarkable ship.  The cruise director was hilarious and definiatley tried to do everything in his power to make it the best vacation ever.  Every staff member on board seems that they are only on the ship to cater to your every need.  It is amazing how friendly these people are to everyone they come across.  I think Royal Caribbean really knows how to make your vacation...

A death in the family meant taking whatever airlines and layovers needed to arrive in Dayton, Ohio on time.  Usually I avoid layovers and connecting flights especially when I am traveling alone with children but in this case a trip through O'Hare Airport - multiple airlines was necessary to arrive in time for a funeral.

Open hostility from customer service, worse travel experience

We had an international flight from Tucson to Europe. We flew to phoenix and found out our next flight was canceled. They provided no support to reschedule it, They gave us a number to call.....after calling for hours and talking to some rude customer service who were of no help we decided to get in the line to actually talk to customer service......the real night mare started then...after waiting for 8 hours in the line the customer service representative gave us another number to call, she said they can help. Although I am an avid fan and frequent flyer with American Airlines lately I have been having mixed emotions about this airline. American offers so many benefits if your an advantage member which I am and I appreciate it, but lately it just hasn't been enough. My first issue is with bag fees. I recently flew from St. Louis to New York City and while I was waiting to board they announced that it was a full flight and would have to be considerate with using the over head compartments. GSO to IAD/  My son, who is 17 and on crutches due to an injury, was flying home for the holidays, and weather grounded his flight. The United Service Rep. told all the passengers, that all flights, including US Air, were booked and everyone was stuck in Greensboro for the night. After a stay in the hotel overnight, he found that US Air had flights leaving the next day, but United booked him on a flight for 2 DAYS LATTER! We love going to the Smoky Mountains and decided to try a different place - Sherwood Forest Resorts.  We stayed in the cabin named "The High Life" which was the last cabin on the road, so we had no one to the left of us.  We went the first week of November.  This resort is gated, so we felt not just anyone could cruise around at the place which gave us an additional feeling of security.  The cabin had an awesome view of the mountains from the back porch.  We would sit in the hot tub and watch the sun come up over the mountains or sit in the chairs.  This was a two bedroom cabin with one bedroom,...

I absolutely love Daytona. I've been going there several times a year ever since I was a child. There is truely something for everyone to do in Daytona! There are so many hotel choices. I've stayed in countless different hotels on the beach.. a lot of them look very weathered on the outside, but inside they have been nice for the most part. Daytona has about every restaurant that you can think of whether its fast food or upsale restaurants. I also love that you can drive on the beach! Its definitely something that everyone should do at least once! I used to go to Bike Week in March every year...

United Airlines is one of the better airlines.  With my experience with traveling, the United Airlines is one the best airlines to consider when flying.  At least, when I was traveling I did not have any problems with the United Airlines.  The airplanes are comfortable and well maintained.  The airplanes seem to be undated.  The customer service was pleasant and nice.  Also, the United Airlines tries to get you the best ticket available.  

One time, I was trying to get a ticket from Milwaukee, WI to Chicago, IL and the attendants tried to help me get a cheaper ticket, since the distance...

I enjoy going to the O'Hare Airport.  It is nice that you can take the Limo bus to the airport.  The limo bus carries people to each major airlines.  Because the limo bus works in the airports, most people will never get lost in the airlines and they can find the airline that they are traveling with easier.  It is a specially designed airport.  It is actually beautiful in the way that it is designed.

It is also nice that the O'Hare airport offers great restaurants.  It offers some great restaurants and it great the way the restaurants are designed.  I always enjoy going to eat at the restaurants....

Midwest Airlines is a great airline to use.  I never had any problems with this airlines, except on time I was on a small airplane.  Even then, the trip was excellent.  The airlines has great customer service.  The customer service greet and treat passengers well.  I enjoyed riding on the airlines.  I was completely comfortable.  The customer service tried hard to make me feel comfortable, while traveling.  The planes offered comfortable seats and much space.  If the plane was offering meals, the customer service did not miss the meals.  while purchasing the airline tickets, I had all...

Southwest Airlines is a great airlines.  It is nice that they offer gift packages on the internet.  People can obtain an airline ticket cheap by participating in the Southwest Airlines free trial.  The free trial is offered to try to get people to try the airlines.  Southwest offers a great deal  and is one of the better airlines. Also, it travels to several major cities, which makes this airlines special.
