I bought the Rice Maker last year and use it all the time! It is our first rice maker and one of the best purchases I have made. I actually got it for free at Bed Bath n Beyond as a part of a gift card promotion they were running. I believe it retails for about $20-25. I use to prepare rice on the stovetop, but it was a hassle and never quite came out very well. After using this rice cooker for the first time, we could tell a complete difference in rice cooked on a stovetop and rice steamed in a rice cooker. It is the most delicious rice you will taste! I follow the recipe guide in the product manual for the type of rice I am making to know how much water to dry rice ration to add. I mainly make Jasime rice, but have made plain white rice as well. It comes out moist, flavorful, and "sticky" every time. It takes about 20 minutes to cook a bowl of this rice and feeds my husband and I with leftovers. It is a jiff to clean, just remove the removable non-stick bowl and wash by hand of place in the top rack of your dishwasher. Absolutely delicious rice each and every time!
