Never will I bother to use this product again. All the hype on TV and I hate how they make you buy this stuff (automatic shipments). If it was so great they would not have to sell it like this and get you bated in. Anyway, The cleanser did not make my face feel clean at all, it left a film on my skin after rinsing and made my face very red and it felt like it was on fire and it broke me out! go figure. The toner was nasty and did nothing at all and the moisturizer gross and grainy also. And the mask stinks and made my skin red. Never again will this junk touch my face. And the packaging is ugly....

I roiginally bought this product for me about 5 years ago because I was having some problems with Acne. I was 30 at the time, and I have never had a problem with acne so I had no idea what to do. When I saw the commercial for Pro Activ I thought it was a god send. I decided to try it for a few months to see if it would work.

After three months it wasn't really working so I called to cancel my membership. I was informed by the customer service rep that it takes a little while longer for some, so I decided to give it another 3 months. It just didn't work for me.

I purchased the pro active product for my daughter.  At first it worked great, we seen a drastic improvement in her skin.  After about a month of use though, it seemed like her skin was getting use to the medication and the blemishes started returning.  We switched to another medicated product and the blemishes got worse.  It seems that the pro active solution works for a while but then looses its effectiveness's and can even make the skin more sensitive.
