Most HelpfulI always go to Priceline.com when I am looking for a hotel. The only drawback is that you need to know the exact dates of travel, because once you set them, you can't change them. I always get great deals on hotels through Priceline.com. Last summer I was able to get a Hyatt Place room in the outskirts...

Most HelpfulI tried to use this website to book a hotel in Niagara Falls. It was absolutely horrible. All you could do was tell the site how many stars you wanted and what location. It also appeared that you had to book the hotel if it accepted. Even if it was an hotel you did not want.
For example,...

After talking to the supervisor, the shift supervisor, the floor supervisor and at least three customer service "specialists", they informed us that on their website, by their standards, only four star hotels fit that criteria. After explaining to them that we saw seaveral...
read full review »priceline uses BAIT AND SWITCH with hotel rooms. They ask questions, such as smoking preferences and don't tell you that this will not be honored. Their method is DECEPTION, and then they blame it on the hotel. At the same time, the hotel is also part of this DECEPTION. DO NOT USE PRICELINE FOR BOOKING HOTELS UNLESS YOU BELIEVE IN BUYER BEWARE.
