I tried to use this website to book a hotel in Niagara Falls.  It was absolutely horrible.  All you could do was tell the site how many stars you wanted and what location.  It also appeared that you had to book the hotel if it accepted.  Even if it was an hotel you did not want.

For example, I was trying to book a hotel for my parents, I wanted a Fallsview room.  There were four areas I could chose from.  The only information I could enter was that location, how many stars, my dates, and the price I was entering.  It gave no other specifics to chose from.

If you we never at the location you are searching for a hotel.  You are basically just putting it up to good old luck.  If you care about specifics and want an active say is what you are purchasing, this is not the site for you.

I would never recommend this site to anyone.  I considered it a complete waste of time.

Can anyone tell me, where I can find a hotel suitable for the handicapped?

I've found some good deals, but I do call right after I get a reservation and talk to the front desk. For example, they had booked me in a king bed with my son. Not good. They switched it over to two doubles on the phone. That was the hotel that did - and not the web site though. Yes. It is pot luck.
