poetry.com Review

Do you like to express your feelings on paper? I find it very helpful to pour my heart and soul into my poetry and then I found a site that I could post them on. The site is poetry.com, not only do you get recognized for your work, you could also win cash prizes.

 I have been posting poetry there for several years now. All but one of my poems have been selected for publication. The International Society of Poets selects collections of poetry several times a year for publication. They also select poems periodically to be professionally read and produced on CD's. 

The first edition of Poetry in Motion CD's featured one of my poems. The third edition also featured one of poems. In 2007, I was published in the "Who's Who in Poetry and named the United States of America Ambassador of Poetry by the International Society of Poets. Who would have ever thought that a simple country girl could go so far with poetry? My son wrote about my accomplishments and did a biography on me for his English class for famous poets. He was so proud of his mom. I was invited to the school for a poetry bash and well recieved by all.

 So why not let your creative juices flow and see where they lead you. A great site for all. You can even send e-cards to friends of the poetry posted on the site.  A great bonus!
