hey hows it going im here to review and give you my opinion on the playstation 2. the playstation 2 is a great system. really puts sony on the map. the playstion 2 has good graffix and has tons of good games. what i like very much about the playstion 2 is that they are still making games for the playstation 2. i bought this when it came out years ago and it still works like a pro. if you have any great playstation one games you can play them on the playstation 2. also a great feature is that it has a dvd player. the list of games is a great list and there is many many great games worth buying....

We love our playstation 2! We love to use it for family game night and its helped our 5 year old and 3 year old with their motor skills a great deal. Its helped them learn to share and play and work together. The games are fun and mostly educational depending on which ones you pick. Its also been used as a tool in our house - it sets boundries and rules as they are only allowed to play at certain times of day and for a certain amount of time. The only complaint I would have is we have had ours about 3 years now and we've had to replace the remote controls a few times and you do need to have a few...

The Play Station 2 is really fun to play. There are many games available, and my favorite kind are games based off of anime, or just anime-looking. RPG's are also fun, and though I don't really play any other games, I know there are more games up there to play as well. Even with all these new systems out, i still prefer the playsation two, it is my favorite game system. Great games to play on it, easy to use. I would be totally lost without my Playstation 2 game system. There are many games to choose from for this system, especially role-playing which is my favorite. It's very durable too. I've had mine for eight years and I've never had a problem with it. It plays video games and DVD's so it's in use at my home almost all of the time. The controllers are just the right size and they are easy to use so you can concentrate on your game instead of trying to figure out how to use the controller like with some other game systems. The PlayStation 2 console is great fun! We use it often in our family and own several games. The graphics are pretty good. The loading and saving time especially for graphically intense games can sometimes be painfully long. My mom likes to play the Sims and it really isn't practical if you like to build the houses to be big and fancy. I *do* like the large amount of games available as well as the variety of the games. The Playstation 2 is a great product! It has a wide variety of games to suit every age and family member. It does aim many of its games towards the Teen and Young Adult bracket though. The games offered have decent graphics for their time frame, and have clear sound effects.

The controllers are accurate and pretty realistic, especially with the vibrate functions. The analog sticks allow for more precise movements in numerous directions as well. They are comfortable and easily held for lengthy game play.

One of the best features of this gaming system though is it does so much more than just play...

ps2 is a must have for any gamer. without it you will never know the joys of many a final fantasy game, kingdom hearts and my favorite..katamari. i can't see myself ever getting rid of this system.
