Parent's Choice Organic Baby Formula —

I was always a die hard pro-breastfeeding person...until after I had my first baby. My sister also had problems with lactation with her first child and I am worse than she was. I tried EVERYTHING working with the hospital and herbalist, nothing helped enough. So, I still breastfeed as much as I can and supplement with formula. I knew I wanted an organic formula right off the bat and I read good things about Parent's Choice Organic Formula, so I thought I'd try it. It was being closed out at our Wal-Mart (they never keep anything in stock here) so it was really cheap. I thought I'd buy one, try it, then buy all of them if I liked it. Well, I didn't. She spit it all up. Not as bad as the Enfamil, which was awful, she actually threw that all up, but it wasn't good. I went back to using the Similac Organic and she spits that up the same or less than breastmilk. I figured out the difference. They add extra lactose to the Parent's Choice and Enfamil formulas and Similac doesn't. Check the nutrition, if it's the same and it works for you, go ahead and use it. But it's not for my baby!
