Pampered Chef Stoneware —

I own quite a few Pampered Chef stones. I was reluctant at first to use them because you can't use soap on them, but I got over that after they were seasoned and nothing sticks! They cook evenly and the only reason I would ever have something burn on the bottom is if I were to leave the item in too long. With metal bakeware I would have problems with things burning on the bottom and not being done in the middle. The roaster is Awesome! I use that to cook so many things and they always turn out moist and delicious. What a difference using a natural stone product makes over using metal. The best part of the Pampered Chef stones is that they are lead free, unlike other stones on the market. The more they season the better things taste...kind of like Gramma's old cast iron cookware when it was seasoned, things just taste better.
