For years I wanted an electric rice steamer, but couldn't justify the expense and didn't have room to store one.  My neighbor invited me to her Pampered Chef show and this was the perfect substitute.  Small enough to fit in my cabinet and affordable!  My rice was perfectly cooked and fluffy.
