This rice cooker, was one of the last things that I purchased from pampered chef. BOY, OH boy am I glad I did. We use it every day, even more than the mircro steamers now.. I can't wait to give it a try with a cake.. But I have friends that say the cakes turn out very very moist!!  Rice takes less than 20 min from start to finish, and the boil rice is better for you than the minute rice.. ITs easy as PIE!!
