I like ecocanteen and so does my dog! yeh we both can be kept,cool,hydrated,healthy,safe and frugal. it is light weight,attractive,makes drinks taste good,good for the environment as one isn't buying plastic bottles which end up in landfills,is affordable as all you do is either get your drink from the tap or frig.,is healthy,as you don't have to deal with plastic bottles heating up in your car,giving you cancer! Is also compact and convenient as You can wear it on your belt and it also has a carrying case similar to a camera's, to protect it from dropping. it costs $ 10 for the carrying case and bottle but is a good buy I think.

Try to get a part for the bottle its self. Need a new pull up top. There is no way in getting it off the site. And About the web site, when you are ordering, they through all these accessories at you. But try to look them up later. You can't. The site is disigned to trap you in the front door. They need to fix it. Its not a friendly site if you can not buy accessories later and separate. I did not have any problem with the purchase or any over charges. The web site is not friendly user.

FRAUD. While their eco cause is laudable, I have been charged $111 for ordering 4 bottles advertised at $9.99. Stay away from being ripped-off by Eco Canteen grossly misleading advertising.

Do not even visit the site. This company is a FRAUD. Forget the "FREE" insulator cover, they charge you $4.95 shipping on top of the shipping they already get. So only a dummy would fall for the free bit. Then they make you go through numerous upsells that are part of other products so this isn't cheap at all. And surely not even close to non-profit.
But what you need to beware of, once you start, you can't stop the order. Legitimate companies give you a chance to cancel or change an order. Not this fraud. I smelled a skunk and decided not to finish the order. To my surprise, they not only entered my order but added on extras. Of course that don't give you an email or customer service phone number to call.
And now they say 4-6 weeks minimum to ship and they don't even guarentee that. Rip off ,, visit the site at your own risk and believe me it is a risk.
