I loved their wood cleaner so I decided to try their hard floor cleaner. It seemed to work OK while it was wet but it left a film on the floor as it dried. It was only a thin film and I was OK with it until I had mopped a few times and then the film built up to be noticeable. I ended up mopping it a second time with water to get off the film. I hate mopping so having to mop twice is not a good thing for me. I also had hoped it would leave a nice fresh smell after mopping. the scent is so slight that you can barely smell it while you are mopping much less after it is dry. I still use this occasionally as a quick mop but not on a regular basis.

After reading other reviews on this product, I'm glad I'm not alone. This product seems to do all but actually clean. It leaves a filmy residue when I use it on my floors and often takes extra time to clean since I have to reapply it over and over again.

I really wanted to like this. I loved the wood floor version, which smells heavenly and leaves your woods floors so shiny. Alas, I no longer have wooden floors. This stuff just wasn't very effective, and didn't have a nice, strong smell. I don't feel like my floors were any cleaner after using it. Maybe this wood be okay for a bathroom, but in my kitchen (which is kind of big), I feel like it just pushed dirt around. It also left a sticky film, and I feel like I had to use half the bottle to get any noticeable results. The only reason I didn't give a 1 is because I like that there aren't any harmful chemicals, and I am a sucker for design, and the bottle looks nice. Performance Didn't clean well, requires too much product Scent The scent itself was nice, it just was too subtle

The best thing about the **Method Omop Lemon Ginger All Floor Cleaner **is that it is biodegradable and non-toxic. The next best thing is the scent. Lemon just says, Fresh and Ginger says, Modern so the fragrance suggests a modern approach to clean. The 25 ounce plastic bottle's ergonomic design makes it easy to store and easy to hold on to. It is the perfect size, not too big and not too small. The plastic pull top helps prevent product spillage if the bottle accidentally gets knocked over. Very convenient. Just squirt and mop. This is not my favorite Method Squirt & Mop product, but, the convenience gives it an edge over similar products when time is of the essence. Just thinking: If a cleaner leaves more than lemon-ginger behind... are the floors really clean? Performance For all of it's convenience however, the performance of the product leaves a little to be desired. "Method Omop Lemon Ginger All Floor Cleaner "may clean but it has a tendency to leave a film behind. This film may soak into some surfaces, but not my bathroom tile. Even my husband asked what was all over the floor. (he never notices things like that) Scent The fragrance is the best part of this product.

I normally love Method products, so I was very excited to find this Lemon Ginger floor cleaner.Method recommends that you use this product with their OMop, but you can buy it separately and I figured there was no reason it couldn't be used with a regular cloth on the floor.  Because I live in an apartment that is mostly carpeted, I don't have very much linoleum to clean.  This fact, combined with the fact that I am taller than average and using a regular push mop generally hurts my back because of the angle I have to bend over, I prefer to "mop" my floor with a washcloth and my hands.  However, this didn't work so well with Method's Lemon Ginger floor cleaner.  The first time I tried it, it left my kitchen floor feeling sticky and dirty.  I tried again on my bathroom floor, passing over the cleaned floor with paper towels to dry it after I was done, and it was less sticky that time but still not as clean as it should be.  I am almost done with the bottle I bought and I will not be purchasing this product again!Overall, this cleaner smells better than many you can buy, but it doesn't work so well (although it might be better with their recommended OMop.)

I'm always looking for ways that I can substitute commercial cleaners formulated with toxic ingredients for biodegredable, non toxic products that can do as good a job or better, while being kinder to the environment. Unfortunately, finding safe and earth friendly alternatives has been easier said than done. I purchased this Method Lemon and Ginger Floor Cleaner to try out and it did not work for me for all that it is biodegradable and non-toxic. It did not break up dirt and grime the first time or the second, and I needed to go over surfaces 3 times or more to get them clean. Since I happen to think cleaning fluids need to help actually clean and this cleaner seemed to be missing an active ingredient or two, I cannot recommend it.

Method Omop Lemon Ginger All Floor Cleaner is all I use on my bathroom and kitchen floors. I love how simple and easy it is to use, and how wonderful it smells when you use it. Be sure to vacuum or sweep your floors before using. And then it is as simple as attaching the microfiber cloth to the omop (the blue microfiber pad is for this all floor cleaner), squirt a small amount directly on the floor and then wipe up with the omop. Since method products are environmentally friendly, there are no harsh chemical smells or residues left behind, just the fresh scent of lemon ginger. There is no need to rinse floors after using. I use this on both my marble tile floors and vinyl floors with ease. They are left looking and feeling clean, but not slippery. And just a little bit of the solution goes a long way. Eventually the microfiber pad becomes saturated and you do not need to use much at all. A wonderful product!

I receive the Method Omop for my birthday a couple of years ago. I love it! And I also received this Lemon Ginger Method Floor Cleaner - also loved it! The smell is fantastic! And it did a great job at cleaning the floor for me! I did dilute this a little bit though...a little of this and a lot of water went a long way. In fact, I think I got this around 2 years ago and it lasted me about a year. I love the container it comes in, too. So easy to use! Just open and squirt all over the floor, then mop up! With the combo of the mop and this cleaner, I am so happy because I don't have to bend down and scrub the kitchen floor on my hands and knees...and I LOVE the smell of this! (Have I mentioned that before?) :-) So I would highly recommend this cleaner to anyone looking for something that works, smells wonderful and comes in a very easy to use and unique squirt bottle. Will buy again someday!

METHOD Omop Lemon Ginger Floor Cleaner was a disappointment. I wanted to love this stuff since I love most Method products. It smelled wonderful and I liked that it's no-wax formula is non-toxic and biodegradable. They are also a cruelty free company which is very important to my family. I thought I'd found a winner. I squirted it on my floors and went to work mopping. When I was done my kitchen smelled divine. I wanted to add some vodka and ice cubes then lick the floor. Then I walked across my poor floor and stuck to it. Over and over again. I found myself mopping my floors all over again with hot water to make them unsticky. Not what I had in mind for myself that day when I set out to do my floors. I'm not sure what made that stuff so sticky but I don't even think about trying it again. METHOD Omop Lemion Ginger Floor Cleaner is not a product I'd recommend for a friend to purchase. There are way better products out there.
