I sold Avon products for about ten years.  Mark is a sister company of Avon, with products geared toward younger women.  The cosmetics available through Mark are fun and designed with a little flair.  Mark's i-sheer cream eyeshadow offers fabulous shades with a little bit of shimmer.  The result is NOT obvious, but a subtle sparkle that really compliments the eyes.

Mark's i-sheer comes in a small tube with a sponge applicator.  I apply the eyeshadow sparingly on my eyelid, and then immediately blend with my finger.  Don't wait till the eyeshadow dries to blend it, because it wont blend smoothly and evenly.  The colors are nice and light, and add a nice light shimmer to any skin tone.

The colors available through Mark i-sheer are.

Mousse - A tan shade.  It is not dark, but is probably the darkest i-sheer color.

Praline - This one is my favorite!  It's a nice cream color with a hint of pink.

Glacee - This shade makes a great base.  It's very light, almost white.

Meringue- This shade is similar to Prailine, but lighter.  Very feminine.

Sorbet - This shade is a light violet.  It would blend very pretty for women with darker skin tones.

All the shades are very light, very pretty, and feminine.  They all have the same shimmering effect that makes your eyes sparkle and shine.

Most cream eyeshadows dry in a way that creates a crease of shadow stuck to your eyes.  Mark's i-sheer doesn't do that.  They eyeshadow goes on as a liquid, but then dries as a powder.  When the eyeshadow dries (and it dries quickly) it remains smooth and even.  No creasing or smearing.  And the makeup lasts all day long.  It has great durability.

This eyeshadow is part of Mark's "hook up" series.  The hook up series is a makeup system of interlocking products that are held together by a connector piece. With use of the connector piece, you can create your own custom dual-ended stick in just two quick clicks.  So, if you have two different i-sheers that you like to use together, you can "hook them up" using the connector piece.  The connector piece is available for less than one dollar.

The only Con with the i-sheers is that the bottle is small.  Very small, with a weight of 0.14 net ounces.  And the price for this very small bottle is kind of high.  $ 5.00.  Because I use this eyeshadow so often, I typically have to buy it two or three times a year.  I don't have an Avon rep nearby, so I have to go online to order it.  Then wait for it to be delivered.  I'd really like to see a larger bottle available.

Bottom line, if you like to dress up your eyes without looking like a racoon, then this eyeshadow would be perfect for you.  The shades are very pretty, and match all skin tones.  Speak with your local Avon Representative, or go online at Avon.com.

I like the names! Since coming to Viewpoints I am being introduced to so many makeup brands that I have never heard of. I use Clinique when I feel like going to the mall. I can use all L'Oreal products; except the eye shadow and I buy Revlon, Max Factor, Maybelline and Cover Girl. I see Almay in the stores too but I have never tried any of their products. I wonder how many brand names there are out there? Yikes--Gigi
