Marginal Revolution is a economics blog mainly written by Tyler Cowen, an Economics Professor at George Mason Unversity.   As Tim Harford, auther of The Undercover Economicst wrote, Cowen is an economist, culture vulture, restaurant critic and the best blogger in the world.  He is able to mix in an intelligent discussion of comtemporary topics in finance, business and economics with posts on ethic food, arts, music, movies and television.  The comments section on the blog contain more substance and relevance than most other econ blogs.
