This is a great product for those of us who have to do some rehabilitation after an injury, which is my situation. Because of that, there are several features I really like about this product over others I tried before making my purchase. Firstly, it provides the motion for me rather than providing resistance, which is the mode of operation of many other products. Resistance at this stage of my recovery would be more harmful than helpful. Secondly, the speeds are adjustable so I can customize my workout based on the instructions my physical therapist provided. As I become stronger the machine adjusts to my needs. Thirdly, the product can also be used on arms to firm up muscles and enhance blood circulation. This speeds up the recovery process from injuries. Fourthly, it ls light weight. In my circumstances, I couldn't really move around a heavy piece of equipment or set one up that required any lifting. Fortunately, this is so easy to use and set up. Lastly, the price was really reasonable on this unit compared to the competition of like machines. So for me, it's a winner in all the categories that are important.

 i was looking for a product that helps people that have been sick and in the hospital and then rehab.  This petal bike is perfect for strengthening both arms and legs.  It has 10 speeds to help work up to fastest speed.  It would also be great for people who cannot walk or stand, or no upper body movement.  It can easily fit on a table or comfortably on any floor and has a non slip matt so it will stay in place. All you need is a straight chair and you can watch TV while exercizing with this bike.  If you do not have a lot of space it is perfect for that.  I bought it to exercize my arms and legs after a long stay in the hospital but guess what ! I am also losing weight.  I  found out you do not need a big bulky machine to  lose weight and gain strength.  It also has a remote control that can be worn when you are exercizing your legs.  And a handy clip on the machine when you are working your arms.  I think it is one of the best machines I have ever bought!!!!!!!!!!    Thankyou for letting me share
