i have ordered rainbow products from this companuy online on the second of january and the payment has gone through the bank but i have no product and today is the 22nd. I have emailed them with no reply. also the contact # on there web site is to a mail box apparently never answered and the one on my bank statement belongs to morgan stanley and they have no idea what has happened i am beggining to think this was a fradulant site and that i will not get my merchandise. if you have dealt with them please let me know thanks

If you don't see your stuff within 3 weeks of ordering I would make a call to the Better Business Bureau in your area. Explain to them just what you wrote here about not getting answers to emails or calls. Most places will send within 2 to 3 business days and then you should allow them 2 weeks to receive your order. You could also notify your bank that you did not receive your stuff. Hope that helps.
