kuerig keurig coffemaker Review

I am really disappointed in my Keurig coffee maker.  My daughter bought me the Keurig coffee maker for Mother’s day in 2008 because she has one and I loved it.  I used her Keurig the entire time I was visiting her. 

After I received the Keurig I called customer service because I could not understand why it was so noisy.  The Keurig my daughter has is nowhere near as noisy as this one.  The CS person told me to move it around on the counter or put something under it to muffle the noise.  I have tried all of that and more for over a year. 

Well now after only one years time it will not make a full cup of coffee.  After putting up with the loud noise it made, now this.  I figured it needed cleaning again, which I have done according to the directions in the past.  Well I cleaned it several times and the same result.  Actually cleaned it five times to no avail.  All it will do is make a 1/16 of a cup at a time.  Therefore, like I said I am really disappointed.  I live alone and the single serve coffee maker is perfect for me.

I notified the CS my email when it refused to make a full cup of coffee, but I have never received a response.
